Unity Apparel provides steps by steps guidelines designed to guarantee that a product or service meets certain performance standards. Our goal of quality control is to ensure that an item meets the needs and specifications of the consumer population. Our Good quality control helps the production to be more efficiently navigate manufacturing and production processes to cut down on mistakes and waste, and maximize profit.

Our Quality program put into place from the very beginning of the textile product manufacturing process, starting from the sourcing of raw fibres to the final stages of garment production.

Our quality control is measured by a garment's quality as well as the various production components:

• Selection of raw materials
• Fibre manufacturing
• Yarn manufacturing
• Fabric construction
• Dye and coloration
• Printing and designs
• Finishing components such as zippers or embellishments

During this process we have our skilled Quality Assurance (QA) department to cross check all the quality measure on each stages of the production to provide systematic monitoring and evaluation of the various aspects of a project, starting from the beginning fabric inspection, cutting department quality measures, stitching in-line inspection and finalized finishing process to maximize the probability that standards of quality are being attained by the production department to fulfil customers expectation.
