Knitting

We offer our customer state of the art Knitting Facility (Circular and Flat Knitting) to accommodate the production requirements with the help of latest technology with different Gauges machines that produce single & double knit fabrics which enable us to produce all types of knitted fabrics included Jersey, Pique, Stripers, Waffles, Terry, Interlock, Jacquard, and full range of ribs including French rib in cotton, and cotton blends and synthetic.

Dyeing

Unity Apparel provides our customer well-equipped Dyeing facilities which allows us to fully meet our dyeing requirements. A full range of washes and finishes are catered within the Dye House which guarantees finished fabric quality at exact parameters needed by our valued customers.

Fabrication

Our Company have a proficient division that functions to master the process for the selection of fabrics for the various style or line of garments. The same style is frequently produced in more than one fabric with extreme attention to detail and proficiency to produce exceptional quality textile products.

Cutting

Unity apparel have a state of art facility of cutting technology that cuts the fabric with the help of cloth cutting machines according to size, shape and design, for every type of fabric which help us to reduce fabric wastages and enhance the fabric usability. In order to ensure the constant supply of cut panels, our manual laying and cutting production runs parallel to meet the needs of stitching Inductions.

Embellishment

Unity Apparel has highly experienced in the field of embellishment and provides customers variety of facilities. We offer our customers facilities like embroidery including Shanel, Applique, Sequence, Patch embroidery etc, circular printing, heat transfers, table printing, welding printing and plenty more facilities related to embellishment.

Sewing

Our sewing facilities is equipped with cutting-edge electronic technology and the equipment that is required to produce high quality consumer goods. Our sewing production unit is designed to handle assorted articles from very small to very large product line with maximum flexibility in order size to its optimum capacity. Our in house production floor consists of 160 machines with special machine production 12000 dz polo shirts & 30000 dz t-shirts per month and hooded jacket 8000 dz per month.

Finishing Department

This department consist of cropping of the products, general checking of the goods, pressing department, final inspection of the production and forward to the packaging for the shipment according to customer requirement.

Packaging & Shipment

Unity Apparel takes packaging as important part of the apparel manufacturing. Appropriate packages design depends on the product types and it mainly also depends on the buyers instructions. we provide packaging according to coordinated system of preparing goods for transport. After completing final inspection process involve garments folding and then garments are poly-packed dozen-wise, color wise, size ratio wise, bundled and packed in the carton. The carton is marked with important information in printed form which is seen from outside the carton easily. Specially, it is required to ensure the placement of sticker in proper destination.
